Joey — Accessibility Statement (English)

Draft written on 30/09/2026. Anything shown in square brackets [like this] is a detail that has not been decided yet and must be filled in before this is published as final. This statement covers the website joey-go.com only. The accessibility of the Joey Rider and Joey Driver apps has not been assessed and is not covered here — see "What is not yet accessible" below.

1. Our commitment

Y.A.R. Zemach Holdings Ltd. treats accessibility as part of the service rather than an addition to it. We want anyone to be able to read the documents on this site, whatever their ability, disability, or assistive technology.

2. The standard this site was made accessible to

This site was made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568, which adopts the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA.

This follows the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations, 5773-2013.

3. What was checked and made accessible

The following was actually tested on 30/09/2026, across all five pages of the site (home, plus the privacy policy and terms of service in both languages):

4. Privacy: this site has no cookies and no tracking

This belongs here rather than in a separate notice, because it means there is no overlay, dialog or banner to dismiss before you can read anything.

Verified on 30/09/2026: the site contains no scripts at all, no third-party scripts, no external fonts, no images, no embedded frames, and no use of cookies or local storage. Fonts are the device's own system fonts. The site sets no cookies and collects no visitor information — which is also why there is no cookie banner, since one would state something untrue.

The site's hosting provider may log requests on its own server (an IP address, for instance), as any web server does. That is not tracking by Joey and is not cookie-based.

5. What is not yet accessible — exceptions

We state the exceptions plainly rather than leaving them to be inferred:

6. Accessibility enquiries

If you hit an accessibility problem on this site, we want to know, and we will fix it.

It helps to describe what you were trying to do, on which page, and with what technology (browser, screen reader, operating system) — it shortens the time to a fix.

7. Open items in this statement

In one place, for convenience:

  1. ✅ Legal entity name — set 01/10/2026

  2. ✅ Legal entity address — set 01/10/2026

  3. [accessibility coordinator name]

  4. [accessibility enquiries phone]

  5. [whether an external accessibility survey will be carried out, and when]

  6. [target date for making the apps accessible]

  7. [whether individual accessibility arrangements will be offered]

  8. ✅ Creating the support@joey-go.com mailbox — live 08/10/2026

A question for the lawyer, not an item to fill in

  1. 🔴 [whether the extent of the accessibility obligation varies with the size of the business] — the regulations scale certain obligations by the size and turnover of the business and set different deadlines. The question applies to both the website and the apps, and in particular to whether a survey by a certified accessibility expert is required (item 5) or whether self-assessment plus this statement is sufficient. This is a legal question, not a business decision — to go to the lawyer along with the other documents.
